2019 Newcastle Rowing Club Sprint Regatta
Newcastle Rowing Club will host the annual Central Districts Sprint Championships on Throsby Creek, Carrington on Sunday November 17 2019.
The regatta attracts over 250 competitors plus their supporters from Newcastle and the Hunter, NSW Mid-North Coast, Central Coast and Sydney. The regatta will see athletes compete in over 100 races from Mount Carrington to Cowper Street Bridge.
Newcastle Rowing Club invites you to support the event by sponsoring a race.
Your sponsorship of $100 per race will allow you to promote your business at a live, colourful event.
For your support you will receive:
The naming rights for each race you sponsor
A profile of your business and its valued support announced during each race you sponsor
Business name printed in the regatta program and displayed on the Club’s website
The opportunity to display banners and distribute promotional material
By sponsoring 3 or more races you or your business will also be permanently recognised with an engraved paver installed at the rowing club supporters apron
Your support will assist us to:
Secure new trailer storage so we can grow our membership
Develop and improve our junior rowing programs
Successfully showcase Newcastle and the Throsby Creek precinct
Promote community involvement
Provide host to the hundreds of visitors to the area
The success of our regattas is reflected in the increase in competitors and spectators each year, and the extent of media coverage.
